Balanced stay at the hotel
prime location pleasant staff odd layout privacy concern
I enjoyed the hotel's prime location. It's so close to many attractions! The staff and crew were professional and pleasant. The food was AMAZING!!!
The hotel room layout was a bit odd for me. The privacy concern cannot be fully depicted by photos so please beware. It was still a fun stay, though.

stylish stay
prime location modern design comfortable bed excellent cocktails
The location is unbeatable. Everything is steps away from theatres to restaurants. the room design was modern. i appreciated the lighting and a comfortable bed. cocktails at the bar were excellent. the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. elizabeth at reception offered many suggestions.
The room was a bit small. This could be an issue for some guests with lots of luggage.

The breakfast team, including ines, was amazing. george and peter at the concierge were splendid. They had a great aura. the teams at the reception and restaurant.

Olu and jack helped us with directions. It was very helpful. the staff was cute and professional. cleanliness is superb, and the turndown service is a nice touch. It really felt luxurious, but not excessively.

i received early check-in and was accommodated with my request for a high floor. there were bubbles and sweet treats in my room upon arrival. the door staff were very helpful.
the photobooth camera was not printing photos. it was a slight disappointment
